Buying from the Online Shop
By making any purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and also our general website privacy and cookie policies.

Jurisdiction
Any sales contract is governed by Spanish Law and clients shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.

By ordering any item, you confirm you are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age you must not order from us.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. Please refer to our Returns Policy below if you are unhappy with your purchase.

We use the trusted and safe Paypal system. When ordering, you will be directed to check-out using a PayPal online shopping cart. By ordering, you also agree to the terms and conditions as set out by PayPal. At the end of the process, you will receive an instant confirmation payment email from PayPal.

Cycling Country will also notify you via email (within 5 business days) an acknowledgement of the purchase. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Cycling Country.

Non acceptance of your order may occur due to any of the following non-exhaustive list:

• The product ordered is out of stock,
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment,
• There is a pricing or product description error,
• There are delivery restrictions to prevent us delivering to your address

In such cases, Cycling Country will contact you via email and set out the alternatives available.

You have the right to a full refund.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Cycling Country will take place when your goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfill multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately.

Delivery & Shipping Costs
All items will be delivered by Spain’s national post office (“Correos”) both nationally and internationally (within and outside of the E.U.).

The cost of shipping can be seen at checkout. The shipping price generally increases as the order value increases.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date the products are received by you.

Payment, Tax and Customs
Payment is made in Euros. Paypal will determine the exchange rate if paying with an international credit card / account.

All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any Spanish sales tax (IVA). This tax is included in all sales, regardless of the country of destination.

You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, as is standard practice, you may be subject to import duties or additional fees that may occur from local laws. The liability for payment of such duties rests solely with you.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order provided you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after you have received the product. You will need to follow our Returns Policy if the product has already been dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy
We want to ensure you are totally happy with your product. Our “no quibble” policy means we won`t hold it against you if you want to return a product!

We will refund or exchange any item when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being first delivered to your address. Please notify us in writing first the items to be returned.

Please return the products in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with all garment tags still attached. The cost of return delivery and, if any, customs duties will be covered by you. We recommend you use a tracked and insured delivery service as Cycling Country will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage.

Once we have received the items and they are deemed to be in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund via PayPal to the same credit card / account the purchase was made from.
