Day 1. BENALMÁDENA

Arrive & Explore

Arrive to the coastal town of Benalmádena and enjoy the sea air. Check into your 4 star hotel and take time to enjoy the town’s beautiful tropical park, visit the Tivoli theme park, venture to Selwo Marine world, take a cable car up the local mountain or even take in the Butterfly Park!

With so much to do, don’t forget to relax poolside this afternoon at your seafront hotel before you get on the bike tomorrow. But there’s always time for a sunset drink beachside.

Day 2. TO MÁLAGA

Ride: 25 km | Elevation Gain: 100 m 

Enjoy breakfast before getting set up on your bike to make the easy ride East along the famous bike path of the coastal boardwalk, heading towards Torremolinos. Stop for coffee at the many beach cafés before cycling across the longest wooden bridge in Europe!

Head into Málaga and stay in a hotel with a roof top pool, close to all the sights. Take an attractive walk into the fascinating historical centre and the new Muelle Uno port complex with the Pompidou Art Gallery! Head to the castle for some fine views before enjoying a dinnner overlooking the marina.

Riding Level

Easy – Distances are a daily average of 25km. The route is easy going ride alongside a large seaside landscape. You will have lots of time to explore.

Terrain – Flat with good surface. It is a mix of coastal roads and cycle paths, sometimes hard packed dirt. Expect busier areas around Malaga and Nerja. Suitable for hybrid and e-bikes.

The tour is also family friendly due to the shorter distances and easier, flatter riding.

Malaga has both an International Airport as well as an excellent train service, Renfe.com that connects Málaga with the rest of Spain with fast links to Córdoba | Sevilla | Madrid.

Guided Option

This tour is available as a fully supported and guided option if booking with a group of 4 or more. With a van as support, the tour can be custom designed and the daily distances changed. Please contact us for prices and availability.
